Lead Line Survey Information
The City of Monona, along with every community in the U.S., is required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to inventory private water service lines to determine if lead may be present. We are asking for our residents help to get this request taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have provided below, information regarding the EPAs requirement and lead lines. We have several different options for completing and returning the Lead Line Survey. Please complete and return this survey at your earliest convenience. If you have questions about how to complete the survey, or any other questions, please contact City Hall at 539-2355. Thank you in advance for your help!
